1. Acceptance

BAS OS is a software platform owned and operated by BAS OS LLC ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), a subsidiary operating entity under Beyond Assistants Services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and BAS OS LLC.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing, or using BAS OS, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use BAS OS.

2. The BAS OS Service

BAS OS is a software platform designed to help users organize, manage, analyze, automate, and interact with information relating to personal and business activities.

Features may include:

  • Tasks
  • Planner
  • Goals
  • Documents
  • Knowledge management
  • Finance tools
  • CRM
  • Inventory
  • Business management
  • Analytics
  • AI assistance
  • Communications
  • Integrations
  • Other features introduced from time to time

Features may change, be added, discontinued, modified, or replaced.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a BAS OS account.

You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you use BAS OS on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

4. Account

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information
  • Protecting login credentials
  • Preventing unauthorized access
  • Maintaining the security of connected accounts
  • All activity conducted through your account, except to the extent caused by our legally attributable conduct

5. Subscriptions

Paid features may require a subscription.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, taxes, and applicable charges will be disclosed at purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

The current plan, BAS OS Monthly, is described in the Billing, Cancellation & Refunds policy below.

6. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by independent payment providers.

BAS OS may not store complete payment-card information.

Payment providers may impose their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Cancellation

Customers may cancel subscriptions according to the cancellation mechanism provided through BAS OS or the applicable payment provider.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not automatically reverse previous charges.

Refunds are governed by the Billing, Cancellation & Refunds policy below.

8. Customer Content

You retain your rights in content and information that you submit to BAS OS, subject to:

  • Third-party rights
  • Applicable law
  • Licenses necessary to operate BAS OS
  • These Terms

You grant BAS OS LLC a limited license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, modify, display, and otherwise use Customer Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, improve, and operate BAS OS and as otherwise permitted by these Terms and applicable law.

9. Customer Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the rights necessary to submit your content
  • Your content does not knowingly violate applicable law
  • Your use of BAS OS does not infringe third-party rights
  • You will not upload information you are prohibited from processing

10. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use BAS OS for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Circumvent security
  • Interfere with BAS OS
  • Introduce malware
  • Reverse engineer the underlying service except where legally permitted
  • Scrape BAS OS
  • Abuse APIs
  • Attempt to access another customer's data
  • Use BAS OS to infringe intellectual-property rights
  • Use BAS OS to facilitate fraud
  • Resell BAS OS without authorization

11. Artificial Intelligence

BAS OS may provide AI-generated responses, recommendations, classifications, summaries, calculations, documents, or other outputs.

AI output may be inaccurate.

You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying upon it.

BAS OS is not a substitute for licensed legal, medical, accounting, tax, financial, employment, compliance, or other professional advice.

12. Third-Party Services

BAS OS may integrate with independent third-party services.

Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers.

BAS OS LLC is not responsible for:

  • Third-party outages
  • Third-party changes
  • Third-party data practices
  • Third-party security failures
  • Third-party pricing
  • Third-party functionality
  • Third-party terms

13. Software and Intellectual Property

BAS OS, including its branding, interface, original software, documentation, workflows, designs, trademarks, and other proprietary materials owned or licensed by BAS OS LLC, remains the property of BAS OS LLC or the applicable rights holder.

Third-party software, libraries, frameworks, APIs, infrastructure, AI models, and other technology remain owned by their respective rights holders.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party technology to you or to BAS OS LLC.

14. Third-Party Development Technology

BAS OS may be developed, deployed, maintained, or supported using third-party development platforms and technology providers.

Use of such technology does not transfer ownership of BAS OS customer data.

The applicable third-party provider retains its rights in its own platform, technology, tools, infrastructure, and materials.

15. Copyright Claims

You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit to BAS OS does not infringe another person's copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights.

You agree to defend and indemnify BAS OS LLC from claims arising from Customer Content to the extent permitted by law.

BAS OS LLC may remove or restrict allegedly infringing content when appropriate.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAS OS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT BAS OS WILL:

  • BE UNINTERRUPTED
  • BE ERROR-FREE
  • BE COMPLETELY SECURE
  • BE FREE FROM VULNERABILITIES
  • BE FREE FROM MALWARE OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE
  • ALWAYS PRODUCE ACCURATE AI OUTPUT
  • ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE
  • SATISFY EVERY CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT

17. Security Incidents

No software system is immune from security incidents.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAS OS LLC will not be liable for security incidents caused by:

  • Customer negligence
  • Compromised credentials
  • Customer devices
  • Unauthorized third-party integrations
  • Customer-configured permissions
  • Third-party services
  • Events outside our reasonable control
  • Customer misuse

Nothing in these Terms eliminates liability that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEYOND ASSISTANTS SERVICES AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, DATA, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BEYOND ASSISTANTS SERVICES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO BAS OS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER TO BEYOND ASSISTANTS SERVICES FOR BAS OS DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BAS OS LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful use of BAS OS
  • Your Customer Content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of third-party rights
  • Your misuse of integrations
  • Your violation of applicable law

20. Suspension

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to:

  • Protect security
  • Prevent fraud
  • Investigate abuse
  • Comply with law
  • Protect BAS OS
  • Protect other customers
  • Address nonpayment
  • Address material Terms violations

21. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship as permitted by these Terms.

Upon termination, access to BAS OS may cease.

Data retention and deletion will be handled according to the Privacy Policy, applicable agreements, and operational/legal requirements.

22. Force Majeure

BAS OS LLC will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Cyberattacks
  • Internet failures
  • Cloud infrastructure failures
  • Telecommunications failures
  • Government actions
  • War
  • Civil unrest
  • Labor disruptions
  • Third-party outages

23. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

24. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of BAS OS after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with incorporated policies and agreements, constitute the agreement governing your use of BAS OS.

BAS OS is a software platform owned and operated by BAS OS LLC ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), a subsidiary operating entity under Beyond Assistants Services.

BAS OS LLC respects the privacy of individuals who use BAS OS.

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, disclosed, and protected when you access or use BAS OS.

By using BAS OS, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this Privacy Policy.

Depending on how you use BAS OS, we may collect information including:

BAS OS does not represent that it is a medical provider or healthcare provider.

Customers are responsible for determining whether information they enter is appropriate for their use of BAS OS and whether additional legal or regulatory requirements apply to their use.

Payment Information

Payment-card information may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, BAS OS does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers or security codes in its own application database.

Technical Information

We may collect:

  • IP address
  • Browser type
  • Device type
  • Operating system
  • Authentication information
  • Login timestamps
  • Error information
  • Usage information
  • Security information
  • Cookies and similar technologies

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Provide BAS OS
  • Create and maintain customer accounts
  • Authenticate users

  • Operate workspaces

  • Search customer-authorized information

4. Customer Data

As between the customer and BAS OS LLC, the customer retains rights to information the customer submits to BAS OS, subject to applicable third-party rights and applicable law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights and permissions to upload, store, process, or share information through BAS OS.

Each customer's information is kept separate from every other customer's. Your information is never shown to another customer and is never used as AI context, search results or summaries for another customer.

5. Artificial Intelligence

BAS OS may use artificial-intelligence technologies to provide requested features.

Depending on the feature, AI may process information supplied by the customer or retrieved from information the customer has authorized BAS OS to access.

AI-generated results may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or inappropriate conclusions.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated information before relying upon it for legal, financial, medical, business, compliance, employment, or other consequential decisions.

BAS OS does not represent that AI output is professional advice.

6. Third-Party AI Providers

BAS OS may use one or more third-party AI providers.

Information may be transmitted to an applicable provider when necessary to perform a requested AI function, subject to the applicable service configuration, contracts, privacy terms, and law.

BAS OS does not control the internal operations of independent AI providers.

When Google Workspace API user data is involved, BAS OS applies the additional Google-data restrictions described in the Google API Services and Google User Data section of this Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

BAS OS may integrate with third-party services including:

  • Payment providers
  • Cloud infrastructure providers
  • Database providers
  • Email providers
  • Calendar providers
  • Storage providers
  • AI providers
  • Analytics providers
  • Automation providers
  • Business applications
  • Authentication providers

Each third party may have its own privacy policy and terms.

8. Google API Services and Google User Data

When a user chooses to connect a Google account to BAS OS, BAS OS may access Google user data only to provide the specific Google-connected features authorized by that user.

BAS OS currently requests access to basic Google account information, such as the user's email address and profile information, and may request permission to send email on the user's behalf through Gmail when the user chooses to use an email-sending feature.

BAS OS does not use Gmail sending authorization to read, retrieve, monitor, or modify the contents of the user's Gmail mailbox.

Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features requested or authorized by the user. BAS OS does not sell Google user data, use Google user data for targeted advertising, or transfer Google user data to data brokers.

Google user data may be processed by service providers only as necessary to provide or support the authorized BAS OS functionality and subject to applicable contractual, privacy, security, and legal requirements.

BAS OS applies administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Google user data, including access controls, account separation, server-side authorization controls, and protections intended to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

Google user data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable connected feature, maintain security and legal compliance, or satisfy legitimate operational requirements. Users may disconnect applicable Google integrations and may contact BAS OS to request deletion of eligible personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Raw or derived Google Workspace API user data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. BAS OS does not intentionally transfer Google Workspace API user data to third-party AI/ML providers for training their generalized AI/ML models.

BAS OS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Development and Technology Providers

BAS OS may be created, maintained, hosted, deployed, or supported using third-party software development platforms, infrastructure providers, software libraries, frameworks, APIs, and other technology.

The use of third-party technology does not grant those providers ownership of customer data.

Where a provider processes personal information on behalf of BAS OS, the provider may be subject to contractual and legal obligations governing that processing.

10. Information Sharing

We may disclose information to:

  • Service providers
  • Infrastructure providers
  • Payment processors
  • AI providers
  • Communications providers
  • Security providers
  • Professional advisers
  • Government authorities where legally required
  • Parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets
  • Other parties with customer authorization

We do not sell your personal information or your customer content.

11. Aggregated and De-Identified Information

We may create aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify an individual or customer.

Such information may be used for analytics, security, product improvement, reporting, research, benchmarking, or other lawful purposes.

12. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for:

  • Providing BAS OS
  • Maintaining accounts
  • Providing customer support
  • Meeting contractual obligations
  • Security
  • Legal compliance
  • Dispute resolution
  • Backup and recovery

Deletion requests may not immediately remove information from encrypted backups or disaster-recovery systems.

13. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information.

However, no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

14. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Protecting login credentials
  • Maintaining device security
  • Using authorized integrations
  • Ensuring lawful use of BAS OS
  • Obtaining necessary permissions for uploaded information
  • Reviewing AI output
  • Maintaining appropriate backups where necessary

15. Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law and eligibility, individuals may have rights relating to their personal information, including rights to:

  • Access information
  • Correct information
  • Delete information
  • Obtain information in a portable format
  • Opt out of certain processing
  • Appeal certain decisions
  • Exercise other rights provided by applicable law

Florida's Digital Bill of Rights provides specified consumer rights and controller obligations for covered businesses. Applicability depends on the business and processing involved.

16. Children

BAS OS is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided information to BAS OS, contact us and we will delete it.

17. International Users

BAS OS may be accessed from locations outside the United States.

Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate, subject to applicable legal requirements.

18. Cookies

BAS OS may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

19. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.

Material changes may be communicated through BAS OS, our website, email, or other reasonable means.

Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

1. Plan and Price

BAS OS is a software platform owned and operated by BAS OS LLC ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), a subsidiary operating entity under Beyond Assistants Services.

BAS OS is offered as one plan, BAS OS Monthly, at $39.00 USD per month, plus any taxes that apply where you live.

The price shown at checkout is the price you will be charged.

2. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically every month on the same day you signed up, and your payment method is charged at each renewal until you cancel.

If we change the price, we will tell you in advance, and the new price will apply only from your next renewal after the notice.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. BAS OS does not store your full card number.

You can update your payment method from Settings → Subscription.

4. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will try to charge your payment method again over the following days. You may keep access during this retry period.

If payment still cannot be collected, access to BAS OS may be paused. Your information is not deleted because a payment failed, and access returns once payment succeeds.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals.

You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. After that, access to BAS OS stops, but your information is kept according to our Privacy Policy, and it will be there if you subscribe again.

6. Refunds

Monthly payments are non-refundable, including for partial months.

If you believe a charge was made in error, email us at beyondassistants@gmail.com within 15 days of the charge to request a charge review. Requests received after 15 days may not be reviewed.

Third-party technologies are governed by the applicable provider's terms and privacy policies.

5. Managing Cookies

Disabling necessary technologies may prevent portions of BAS OS from functioning.

6. Do Not Track

BAS OS may not respond to every browser "Do Not Track" signal because there is not a universally accepted technical standard for doing so.

Where legally required, applicable opt-out mechanisms will be provided.

7. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy as our technology or legal requirements change.

BAS OS is a software platform owned and operated by BAS OS LLC ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), a subsidiary operating entity under Beyond Assistants Services.

BAS OS LLC is committed to maintaining reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through BAS OS.

This Security Policy describes the general security practices and responsibilities associated with BAS OS. It does not constitute a guarantee that BAS OS will be uninterrupted, error-free, vulnerability-free, or immune from unauthorized access, cyberattacks, data loss, or other security incidents.

2. Shared Security Responsibility

Security is a shared responsibility.

BAS OS LLC is responsible for implementing and maintaining reasonable security controls within systems and services under our control.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
  • Using strong and unique passwords
  • Enabling available security features
  • Restricting access to authorized users
  • Protecting devices used to access BAS OS
  • Maintaining the security of connected third-party accounts
  • Reviewing information before submitting it to BAS OS
  • Maintaining appropriate backups of information where appropriate
  • Complying with applicable laws governing information they upload or process

A customer remains responsible for activity conducted through its account credentials, except to the extent caused by circumstances for which BAS OS LLC is legally responsible.

3. Customer Data Isolation

BAS OS is designed to maintain logical separation between customer accounts and workspaces.

Security controls may include, as applicable:

  • Authentication
  • Authorization
  • Database access controls
  • Row-level security
  • Workspace-level permissions
  • Private file storage
  • API authorization
  • Access-controlled AI tools
  • Access-controlled search
  • Access-controlled document retrieval
  • Audit/activity records
  • Secure communications
  • Credential and secret management

No employee, contractor, vendor, artificial-intelligence system, or other customer is authorized to access another customer's information except as necessary to provide the Services, comply with law, maintain security, investigate abuse, or otherwise as permitted by applicable agreements and law.

4. Encryption

BAS OS may use encryption for information transmitted over supported network connections and may use encryption or other security controls for stored information where supported by the applicable infrastructure.

No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

BAS OS relies on third-party infrastructure, hosting, payment, communications, artificial-intelligence, database, analytics, security, and other technology providers.

These providers operate their own systems and security programs.

BAS OS LLC does not control the security practices of independent third parties and does not guarantee the security, availability, or performance of third-party services.

We select and configure third-party services based on their suitability for the intended BAS OS architecture and may impose contractual, technical, or operational requirements where appropriate.

6. Development and Software Providers

BAS OS may be developed, maintained, deployed, or supported using third-party development platforms, software libraries, cloud infrastructure, APIs, frameworks, artificial-intelligence tools, and other technology.

The use of a third-party development or technology provider does not transfer ownership of customer data to that provider.

Third-party technology remains subject to its applicable license, terms, and intellectual-property rights.

7. Security Monitoring

We may use logging, monitoring, error detection, audit records, automated security controls, and other mechanisms to identify operational problems, unauthorized activity, fraud, abuse, vulnerabilities, and security events.

Security monitoring may result in limited processing of technical information such as:

  • IP addresses
  • Device information
  • Browser information
  • Login information
  • Authentication events
  • Error logs
  • Security events
  • Usage information

8. Security Incidents

If BAS OS LLC determines that a security incident has materially affected customer information, we will take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances, which may include:

  • Investigating the incident
  • Containing or mitigating the incident
  • Restoring affected services
  • Assessing affected information
  • Cooperating with applicable authorities where required
  • Providing notices required by applicable law or contract

No security policy can guarantee that a security incident will never occur.

Customers are responsible for promptly notifying BAS OS LLC if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

9. Vulnerabilities

Customers may report suspected security vulnerabilities through:

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Information is retained according to the applicable BAS OS Privacy Policy, customer agreement, subscription status, operational requirements, legal obligations, backup procedures, and applicable law.

Deletion from active systems may not result in immediate deletion from all backups or disaster-recovery systems.

11. Business Continuity

BAS OS LLC may maintain backups, redundancy, recovery procedures, monitoring, and other continuity measures appropriate to the nature of BAS OS.

However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

12. No Security Guarantee

BAS OS IS PROVIDED WITH REASONABLE SECURITY CONTROLS BUT NO SYSTEM CAN BE GUARANTEED TO BE COMPLETELY SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEYOND ASSISTANTS SERVICES DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES THAT BAS OS WILL BE COMPLETELY SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VULNERABILITIES, MALWARE, CYBERATTACKS, OR OTHER HARMFUL CONDITIONS.

13. Policy Changes

We may update this Security Policy periodically to reflect changes to BAS OS, technology, security practices, applicable law, or our business.

1. Purpose

Where a provider does process customer production information, BAS OS LLC will evaluate the applicable contractual and legal disclosure requirements.

5. Customer Data

Third-party providers may process customer information only as necessary for their contracted or authorized services, subject to applicable agreements, configurations, and law.

6. Provider Security

BAS OS LLC evaluates third-party providers based on factors appropriate to the nature of the service, which may include:

  • Access controls
  • Encryption
  • Compliance certifications where relevant
  • Incident procedures

No third-party service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Changes to Providers

2. Customer Authorization

Customers are responsible for reviewing those terms.

4. Third-Party Availability

  • Suspend an account
  • Discontinue its service

Such changes may affect BAS OS functionality.

5. Data Synchronization

  • Processed by BAS OS or the applicable third-party service

Synchronization may not always occur instantaneously.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing synchronization results
  • Revoking integrations they no longer want
  • Maintaining appropriate permissions

7. Third-Party Errors

  • Missing records
  • Duplicate records
  • Incorrect synchronization
  • Third-party outages
  • Third-party security incidents
  • API changes
  • Rate limits
  • Authentication failures

8. AI Integrations

BAS OS may connect to AI providers.

AI providers may process information necessary to fulfill an AI request.

Customers should not submit information to an AI integration unless they are authorized to do so and understand the applicable processing.

9. Payment Integrations

Payment processing may occur through third-party payment providers.

BAS OS does not guarantee the availability or security of third-party payment services.

10. Disconnection

Customers may disconnect supported integrations through BAS OS or the applicable third-party service.

Disconnection may not automatically delete information previously imported into BAS OS.

11. Data Retention

Information previously imported through an integration may remain in BAS OS according to the customer's account settings, applicable policies, backup procedures, and legal requirements.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAS OS LLC is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party services that are outside BAS OS LLC's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes

Integration functionality may change as third-party providers modify their services.

1. Purpose

These Developer Terms govern access to BAS OS developer tools, APIs, integrations, webhooks, SDKs, developer environments, documentation, and related functionality ("Developer Services").

2. Acceptable Use

Developers may use the Developer Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Developers may not:

  • Circumvent authentication
  • Access unauthorized data
  • Test security against production systems without authorization
  • Reverse engineer protected systems
  • Abuse API limits
  • Introduce malicious code
  • Scrape customer information
  • Store credentials insecurely
  • Attempt to bypass permissions
  • Use BAS OS APIs to violate another person's rights

3. API Keys

Developers are responsible for protecting API keys, credentials, OAuth tokens, secrets, and access tokens.

Developers must not:

  • Publish secrets in public repositories
  • Share secrets with unauthorized persons
  • Embed sensitive credentials in publicly distributed applications
  • Use another customer's credentials
  • Circumvent BAS OS authorization

4. Customer Data

Developers may access only information for which they have authorization.

Developers may not use BAS OS data for:

  • Unauthorized advertising
  • Data brokerage
  • Profiling outside authorized purposes
  • Selling customer data
  • Training independent AI systems without authorization
  • Circumventing customer permissions

5. Security

Developers must maintain reasonable security practices appropriate to the information they process.

If a developer discovers a suspected vulnerability, unauthorized access, credential exposure, or data incident involving BAS OS, the developer must promptly notify:

6. Intellectual Property

BAS OS APIs, documentation, SDKs, trademarks, interfaces, and developer materials remain owned or licensed by their respective rights holders.

Developers receive only the rights expressly granted under these Terms.

7. Developer Applications

  • BAS OS intellectual-property rights
  • Third-party rights
  • Open-source licenses
  • Applicable API licenses

8. Customer Content

Developer access to customer content does not transfer ownership of customer content.

Developers may process customer content only for the authorized purpose.

9. Open-Source Software

Applicable open-source licenses control the rights associated with those components.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights granted under an applicable open-source license.

10. Third-Party Components

Developers acknowledge that BAS OS may interact with third-party:

  • Libraries
  • Frameworks
  • Payment providers
  • Communication providers

Each third party may impose additional terms.

11. No Warranty

Developer Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

BAS OS LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted API availability, compatibility, accuracy, or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAS OS LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from Developer Services.

13. Suspension

We may suspend API credentials or developer access where necessary to protect BAS OS, customers, security, infrastructure, or legal compliance.

14. Changes

Developer Services and these Terms may change as BAS OS evolves.
